YOUREORG has taken the initiative to host a series of Your-E Talk Workshops designed to empower students by enhancing their confidence and leadership skills when using English.
These workshops provide a platform for students to share their unique life stories using the Public Narrative framework. This framework was developed by Prof. Marshall Ganz, a respected leader in civil society, and is taught at the Harvard Kennedy School of Government.
Through participation in these workshops, YOUREORG students can actively develop and sharpen their communication and leadership competencies.
Broaden students' perspectives and expand their worldviews by providing free access to books purchased from five continents
At YOUREORG, we believe in the transformative power of reading. We understand that learning solely from textbooks has limitations, so we are deeply committed to fostering a strong reading culture in each student.
To support this goal, we have curated a collection of over 800 Vietnamese books and 400 English books, sourced directly from five continents. This collection aids students in their English learning journey and reference work.
The book selection at YOUREORG is diverse, offering multiple perspectives from numerous authors. It covers a wide range of topics, including Education, Science, Culture, Philosophy, History, Literature, Soft Skills Development, Specialized Education Magazines, and reference materials.
Ensure students from underprivileged backgrounds have access to the necessary financial aid
Our educational journey began with a vision: "All students in difficult circumstances will have access to high-quality English programs". Therefore, we registered our organization as a Social Enterprise, with a commitment that 51% of profits (if any) will be reinvested in the community through the HẠNH Scholarship. This fund is dedicated to our mission of "Providing English courses that meet Cambridge standards, focusing on practicality and low learning costs for underprivileged student communities in Vietnam."
In the 2022-2024 school year, we have awarded 150 full scholarships to disadvantaged students from 29 provinces and cities across the country to participate in the IELTS 18-month program.
From the 2021 school year to the 2023 school year, the HẠNH Scholarship fund has made a significant impact. It sponsored 93,725,000 VND in cash to provide health insurance cards for poor students at Bau Nang Secondary School and Cha Secondary School in Duong Minh Chau district, Tay Ninh Province. This initiative has directly benefited these students, ensuring their health and well-being.
