The breadth of these roles has created a comprehensive professional journey, encompassing classroom instruction, teacher training, and contributions to global assessment practices. In addition, Mr. Han has coached national English competition teams, facilitated high-level IELTS workshops, and developed teacher training programs, further advancing the dissemination of expertise within the educational community.
Fundamentally, Mr. Han embraces transformative education as his core philosophy. In his view, language is not just a medium of communication or a path to exams, but a gateway to critical thinking, self-assurance, and adaptability in a rapidly shifting world. To learners, he serves as a dedicated mentor; to fellow educators, he advances research-informed practices that enrich teaching and learning.
