Pursuant to Appendix II-27, issued together with Circular No. 01/2021/TT-BKHĐT dated March 16, 2021, by the Minister of Planning and Investment, and based on Decision No. 01/2021/YourE-TB submitted to the Ho Chi Minh City Business Registration Office, YourE Social Enterprise Company Limited for Educational Consulting and Training has officially notified changes to its commitment regarding social and environmental objectives. Accordingly, Your-E sẽ hoạt động với tư cách là một Doanh Nghiệp Xã Hội, with the following details:

1. Timeframe for implementing activities to address social and environmental challenges: Indefinite duration

2. Percentage of annual profit retained for reinvestment in the registered social and environmental missions: 51%

3. Guidelines and procedures for managing surplus sponsorships and grants in the event of business dissolution or the expiration of commitments to social and environmental objectives, applicable to enterprises that have received financial aid or donations:

    – In case of termination. In the event of the termination of a social enterprise’s commitment to its registered social and environmental objectives, all remaining funds or financial balances from received grants and donations must be returned to the individuals, agencies, or organizations that provided the funding or be transferred to other social enterprises or organizations with similar social missions. A social enterprise may only terminate its commitment to social and environmental objectives if it ensures full settlement of all debts and other financial obligations after handling the remaining balance of received grants and donations.

    – In case of dissolution. In the event of the dissolution of a social enterprise, any remaining assets or financial balances from received funds must be returned to the individuals, agencies, or organizations that provided the funding or be transferred to other social enterprises or organizations with similar social missions.
